On the 23rd of October 2008, the Centre of International and European Economic Law presented in the conference room of Athens Bar Association the renewed –in written and electronic form- legal review “Public Procurement – State Aid & agora” (www.diske.gr) as well as the three Units of the Centre of International and European Economic Law. The presentation was followed by a discussion regarding the “Public Competition Law”, during which Mrs. E. Koutoupa-Regakou, Professor in the Law School of Thessaloniki and Director of the Centre of International and European Economic Law, as well as Mr. Marinos, Professor in the Law School of Komotini, expressed their views. Chairman of the discussion which followed was Mr. Vrontakis, Vice-President of the Council of State.
