On the 9th of April 2008, the Centre of International and European Economic Law in cooperation with the Scientific Association of Administrative Justice organized in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs a series of conferences regarding the “Community Rules on State Aid – Substantial issues”. Mrs. E. Mouameletzi, Research Director of the Centre of International and European Economic Law and Coordinator of the State Aid Unit, analyzed the notion of state aid, while Mrs. K. Sgouridou, member of the State Aid Unit, examined the issue of the compatibility of state aid.
