Mrs. K. Sgouridou, member of the State Aid Unit, was appointed national rapporteur at the 22nd FIDE Congress (Fédération Internationale pour le Droit Européen – F.I.D.E.) for the following subject: “State Aid: the effective application of the EU State Aid procedures: from a plan to grant aid to the recovery of illegal aid – the role of national law and practice”.
