On the 3rd-4th of April 2003 Mrs. Sofia Papantoniadou, member of StAU, gave a lecture at the Seminar “Competition in the fields of telecommunications and energy”, entitled “Greece: regulation of the liberalised telecommunications market”. The Seminar, which took place in Brussels, was organised by the Technical Assistance Information Exchange Office (ΤΑΙΕX) and was addressed to civil servants of all candidate countries.
